Mr. J’ai- This was the first song I was supposed to record last summer. L’Dai was on a mission to record songs with all of the Tygah Woods members and Slangton was already on this one. He told me he needed my verse ASAP. I didn’t want to disappoint him and I found Peter Santos at Cult 45 Studios to get the work done. It was a little pressure to do well because my part was at the end of the song. Ironically, the subject matter was similar to My Resume’, but the energy was hungrier. I hadn’t recorded in a long while, yet I had lots to say. My goal was to just explain what I’ve been working on and my journey back to the mic. I really appreciate them for even asking me to get on the track. Once it was done, I felt like this track was extremely necessary to be in the lineup.

L’Daialogue- Well, to be honest...this track was supposed to be on me & Slangston’s follow up project to the Dollars & Daialogue series we had. I want to say we may have been 8 or 9 tracks deep into the project but we never released it. We had features in the cut. Beats done. Just never got back around to it. But, when I was going through records to put on this project I didn’t realize that we never put this record out. So, hell no I’m not gonna let a record go to waste. I wanted to make it a family affair so I sent it to J’ai and he murked it just like Slangston did. After this, J’ai will have to return the favor whenever Slangston pushes the button.
