Mr. J’ai- During these sessions, I paced and gauged myself recording some of my solo material too. Sometimes, you have to have target practice while you are in the rhythm and hot. Peter pulled this beat out of the folder that I wrote too. I sent it off & L’Dai murked it. I’ll admit if this were a battle, I lost. I left the door open and he rode that beat so hard. It reminded me of the time he crushed the Mic Check 2003 battle at State Palace Theatre in New Orleans. A sort of famous rapper/executive went first and he ate him alive. Hip hop is alive in the South.

L’Daialogue- This guy here lol. But, nah...J’ai sent me the record and the way he was spittin’ got my hype for my verse. I was on one I’ll admit. First, Blaze killed that beat. I really liked the beat. I kept reading the title “Godbody” and I was like I gotta come a different way on this one fasho. Plus, some of my close friends are Five Percenters so I sprinkled a little of that knowledge along with that North Memphis spit and what came out was some clazzikal clazziks lol.
