Mr. J’ai- I’ll admit, I’d been sitting on this track for a few years and I didn’t know what to do with it. One day, L’Dai called me with the idea and sent the unfinished version to me. It sounded so different with his vocals. This was 100% his idea. We all gave our perspective on our Friday festivities. I’m pleased with the outcome. Peter and his crew loved it during our first studio session. L’Dai said it could be a single. Their reaction made me a believer. We had room for one more verse. We debated on which Tygah Woods member could set it off. Of course, Wes B put the icing on the cake.

L’Daialogue- Yup. This track was on a batch I had from a few years ago. We were dabbling in the new jack swing-esque style. I wanted to do an update with that same vibe. Plus, Fridays are always a dope subject to rap about. Just kicking back with the homies and vibing out mane.
